What will it cost?Gecko's hourly rate is $30 per hour. A single 3 hour weekend session is typically $150. This includes one burned DVD copy of the performance with mixdown and track stems. One example of a 16 track CD project could look like this: 8 recording dates, 200 copies of the full color printed CD, and mechanical royalties paid for approximately $1800. What can I expect to sell?Congregations love to support the ministry in their church, and this extends to purchasing a CD produced by the choir or worship team. One of the projects from Gecko Music Studio sold 200 copies for $20 each. $11 dollars from each CD went to church supported ministries.
